“After trying on quite a few dresses and spending hours scrolling Pinterest for inspo, I came across the Gown + Altar’s Riviera Gown and instantly fell in love. I was even more excited when I realised it was a New Zealand brand. Being based in Wellington, I used Gown + Altar’s try-on-at-home service, which was absolutely amazing — the next thing I knew, the dress arrived at my house and I was able to try it on in the comfort of my own home.

From there, the process continued to be incredibly smooth. I met with Isabel via video call to have my measurements taken, then travelled to Tauranga for my final fitting in September. Only a few weeks later, my dress was ready — beautifully made and finished to perfection.

On the day, I felt so beautiful and received endless compliments on the dress. I completed the look with the Flora veil, which was the perfect addition and tied everything together so beautifully.
