Returns and exchanges are accepted on standard sizes only
Items that have been customised in any way are non-refundable
The shipping fee and any taxes and duties paid are non-refundable
Exchanges will require a reshipping fee
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

RETURNING - Orders over NZD1000
Notify us within 3 days of delivery
Gown and Altar will provide return shipping labels and documents. The shipping costs will be determined by our chosen carrier DHL on the date the return is booked and collected. Return shipping costs will be deducted when your return credit is processed upon inspection of the return.
DHL returns cannot be taken to a post office. We will provide collection instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we have received your item. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved. then your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original payment method.
