Any sales made are expressly conditional upon purchaser’s agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
A deposit is required to confirm your order and to ensure on time completion of your dress for your wedding date. A 50% deposit is required for all of the ready to wear collection and made to measure gowns. Custom gowns require a 30% deposit and a second 30% payment after the first calico fitting and prior to beginning the final gown.
The balance is invoiced once your dress is complete and must be paid prior to your final fitting and collection date.
All payments can be paid by bank deposit or VISA, AMEX and Mastercard through stripe payment systems. We also offer After-pay.
All purchase transactions will be calculated and processed in New Zealand dollars.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Your gown will take 3-6 months to complete (unless otherwise agreed). If a calico is required we will have this ready for fitting within 1-2 months of your order confirmation. Once your final gown is ready we will invite you to come in for a 30-45 minute fitting. At this appointment any alteration notes will be taken including the hem length. Once your alterations are complete we will invite you to a final fitting and to collect your gown. If there are further alterations at your final fitting due to weight fluctuation or changing your shoe height this will occur an additional alteration cost. Any additional alterations will be quoted before being started. All gowns need to be collected 3 weeks before your wedding date. If your wedding is cancelled or postponed your dress will still need to be collected within one month of the gown being completed.
ALTERATIONS
Made to measure gowns are inclusive of fit alterations recorded at the first fitting. Any style alterations or fitting alterations needed beyond the final fitting will be quoted and invoiced separately.
We will happily alter any gowns made to a standard size from our collection as long as it fits in with our production schedule. All alterations will be quoted before any work is commenced. We can also recommend a local alterations specialist if you prefer to take it elsewhere.
CANCELLATION
Please let us know in writing if you wish to cancel your order. We will happily refund your deposit less the cost of any labour and materials that has already occurred. If your final dress has been started or completed your deposit is non-refundable.
