Australia, USA & UK (Delivered Duty Paid)
Orders shipped to Australia, the USA, and the UK are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means duties and taxes are included in your order total and no additional fees will be charged on delivery.
Australia: DHL Express, 2–7 business days ($38–$65 NZD)
USA & Canada: DHL Express, 3–7 business days ($75–$150 NZD)
UK & Europe: DHL Express, 3–10 business days ($75–$150 NZD)
Other International Orders
International orders outside the regions listed above are shipped with DHL Express and typically take 3–10 business days, though delays may occur due to customs.
Any duties, taxes, or customs fees for these destinations are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office prior to ordering if you are unsure.
