We ask that you return the gown in the same condition, in which they are sent to you.

Makeup stains and other soil spots will result in an up to NZ$100 dry-cleaning fee charged to your credit card.

Other damages including broken zip, excessive hair, noticeable wear, or tears will result in a cost up to the full price of the dress.

Please send the sample dress back as originally received. The gown must be delivered and scanned into to a post shop within 48 hours of the day you received it or the next working day. For every day in excess of 48 hours that the dress is kept a daily rate of NZ$25 will be charged to your credit card.

If, after 7 days the dress is still not returned the full amount of the dress will be charged. If something happens and you can’t get to your post shop in time, send us an email ASAP explaining why we may be able to help you out.
